My life has changed today. Living in Los Angeles I've seen the city overrun with Catering Trucks of all colors and sizes hocking their urban gourmet to any bloke walking by. I resisted their draw for many months for a couple reasons: 1) I'm wary of food from street vendors, 2) I hadn't found a truck near me during a meal time, and 3) I knew I'd love them. Well, today, while I was learning what "Lists" are on "Twitter," I looked up several food trucks in the SoCal area, I discovered that Baby's Badass Burger's was near my work location. This truck advertises delicious Burger options and hot Babes, so, I ran my fat ass over there as quickly as I could.
They have a small but powerful menu, all burgers are available in 2 "Baby Burger" sliders or one 1/2 lb. "Maneater" patty. I enjoyed the half pound "All American Girl," it includes Smoked Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, and Baby's Special Sauce. I added thick cut bacon for a dollar. Holy Jeeze, was it good. The Bun was super fresh and you could taste the quality. All the ingredients were thickly sliced and full of rich flavor, the tomato was HUGE and exploded with flavor, it must have been 1/3 of an inch thick (look at that pic!). The meat was fantastic as well, cooked perfectly and melding with the smoked cheddar to create the perfect blend. The bacon was flavorful and thick cut as well. The special sauce was an exceptionally concocted mixture of thousand island and something spicy, it gave a nice slow residual heat to the entire burger which was welcome. I was thankful to have more sauce to dip my "Pig Tails" in (Pig Tails are Curly Fries). I can't really speak highly enough of this burger. It instantly entered my top burger rankings, jumping, all the way to 2nd in SoCal Burgers just behind Umami Burger. Although, with another great showing Baby's Badass Burger's may take that #1 spot. Life changed.
Other menu Items: Veggie Burger, Mini Hot Dogs, Chicken Sandwiches, Fries (Sweet Potato, or Curly)
Burger was a 9 outta 10, girls were an 8 outta 10.
